Hi, I'm Todd, your local microgreens farmer. This is me with my best bud, Bodie, almost 10 years ago. We're both older and grayer now, and while Bodie's still going strong, I got a real "wake up call" at my last doctor's visit.
Since the start of the pandemic, I had put on 50 lbs, and both my blood pressure and cholesterol were through the roof!
I won't tell you that microgreens are some sort of "miracle cure," but they've certainly made a difference, and of all the changes I've made recently, adding them to my diet was by far the easiest!
